Enuresi e agopuntura

L’ enuresi è la incapacità di controllare lo stimolo a urinare durante il sonno e si verifica per lo più nei bambini che hanno più di 3 anni di età ed occasionalmente negli adulti. I fattori che causano questa malattia comprendono la ipoplasia del centro cerebrale che controlla la minzione. Esistono anche fattori locali come la cistite, la balanite, la

punto 36E

fimosi o la ossiuriasi. Sull'enuresi è molto efficace l'intervento dell'agopuntura. Trattamento: punti locali combinati con punti distali lungo il corso dei meridiani.

E(Stomaco)  o S 36, 23 V (Vescica)[ a lato del margine inferiore del processo spinoso della seconda vertebra lombare], 32 V[nel secondo forame sacrale posteriore a metà strada fra la regione inferiore della spina iliaca superiore posteriore e il canale TOU MO], 28V [a livello del secondo forame sacrale posteriore a lato del TOU MO nella depressione tra il margine mediale inferiore della spina iliaca superiore posteriore e l’ osso sacro], 4 VC (Jenn MO o Vaso Concezione) [sotto l’ ombelico sulla linea centrale dell’ addome] 

 

Enuresis and acupuncture

Enuresis is the inability to control urination during sleep, and occurs most often in children above 3 years old, and occasionally in adults. Causative factors of this dsease include hypoplasia of cerebral centre controlling urination. There are also local factors such as cystitis, balanitis, phimosis or pin worms (oxyuriasis).Fore enuresis is very effective the intervent with acupuncture. Treatment: local points combined with distal points along the course of the channel. Moxibustion can also be applied.  ZUSANLI 36 S (36 Stomach), 23 UB(Urinary Bladder)[lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 2nd lumbar vertebra], 32 UB [ in the 2nd posterior sacral foramen, about midway between the inferior aspect of the posterior superior iliac spine and the DU CHANNEL], 28UB[level with 2nd posterior sacral foramen, lateral to DU MAI , in the depression between the lower medial border of the posterior superior iliac spine and the sacrum], 4 Ren  (The Ren front midline channel)[ below the umbilicus on the midline of the abdomen]
